My goal as a birth doula is to provide you and your partner with informative, educational, emotional support throughout pregnancy so you feel empowered to make decisions that are right for you.

During labor, I strive to provide consistent care that doesn’t leave at the end of shift. I am there as an advocate. A helper. A bridge to the physiological side of birth so that we, as a team, can help you experience the beauty and power of birth!
